    Love to cycle?

    Rides will start from Everyone Active LLeisure Centre, Chichester and will take from 2 - 3 hours, including a stop for drinks/snacks during the ride.

    Rides will take place on a Saturday morning 10am.

    Rides are gental, sociable and follow quiet routes and bike paths. If you need to have some free cycle training or would like to take a beginners maintenance class, just ask.

    Routes may be altered, e.g. to suit the size of the group or weather conditions.

    Keep rolling with... Bike maintenance courses

    Foundation courses last three hours and are run by a qualified bike mechanic. The training includes saefty checks, brake adjustments, puncture repairs and gear adjustments. The six hour intermediate course includes the above items and wheel truing/spoke replacement, headset adjustment, bike cleaning and recommendations for routine bicycle servicing.

    Foundation course: £5

    Intermediate course: £15

    Cycle smart... and stay safer on the roads

    Cycle Training - Qualified trainers will help you gain confidence in a safe and relaxed environment. Ideal for people who who wish to regain lost skills or develop new levels of confidence. Bikes and helmets can be provided.

    Participants can atted one session free of charge, provided they are novice cyclists. All courses will be held at Chichester College rear car park, PO19 1SB.
