Weigh Better Life Course
Our next course starts in April 2021.
Would you like to lose weight? Are you overweight? Do you often feel tired and sluggish? Would you like to have more energy?
The Weigh Better Life (WBL) course, led by our registered nutritionist, is a 12 week programme for adults. The programme focuses on healthy eating, nutrition and exercise to help people lose weight and keep it off in the long term.
These workshops cover a wide variety of topics from challenging the myths about diets, blood sugar balance, snacks and treats, exercise and how stress and lack of sleep may affect appetite and food cravings.
To join the WBL course you need to be above a healthy weight (with a BMI of 25 to 40). You can calculate your BMI by clicking here.
The course is free to join and is currently being provided virtually via Microsoft Teams and phone calls.
Booking is essential and you can only join in the first 4 weeks of the course starting.
