Move it Lose it - Online

Our new Move it Lose it online workshops start in June!

  • Would you like to lose weight? Are you overweight? Do you often feel tired and sluggish? Would you like to have more energy?  

    The Move it & Lose it course, led by our registered nutritionist, is a 6 week programme of online learning and telephone support followed by a futher 6 weeks of support from a Wellbeing Advisor. The workshop focuses on healthy eating, nutrition and exercise to help people lose weight and keep it off in the long term.

    These workshops cover a wide variety of topics from challenging the myths about diets, blood sugar balance, snacks and treats, exercise and how stress and lack of sleep may affect appetite and food cravings.

  • The course is free to join and you will also get a copy of the Move it Lose it booklet containing all the information you need for success on the course!
