A gentle aerobics class for over 50s.
Warm up sitting down and then progress to standing aerobics with great music to get you moving.
Cost: £2 per session
There is no need to book, just turn up!

On occasions classes do have to be cancelled at short notice. You can find out if your chosen class is cancelled by calling 01293 438160 before you leave home. The automated message will let you know if any of our Crawley Wellbeing classes are cancelled for that day.
