Aimed at those who might have balance issues or problems with arthritis or similar conditions.
We work on the muscle groups surrounding the major joints to increase strength and flexibility and in a combination of seated and standing exercises, we work to improve balance and confidence. We finish the class with some modified Tai Chi / Qi Gong movements to aid concentration and relaxation.
Members of this class are asked to complete 10 to 15 minutes of exercise at home at least twice a week.
