Carousel (leanring disability led arts) is producing the Oska Bright festival.
Oska Bright is the biggest learning disability film festival in the world. It features work by and featuring people with learning disabilities, autism and aspergers.
The festival takes place over four days showing an exciting mix of short films from across the world, panels, talks, child-friendly sessions and lots more!
