The Worthing Bipolar UK Support Groups are free to attend and are open to anyone affected by bipolar, including family, friends and carers. The group meets on the SECOND THURSDAY of every month.
The meetings are informal and friendly and have a tea break mid-way through. The group often ends with a meditation session led by one of the Co-facilitators.
Car parking available.
