This course is for anyone interested in improving their own, and others’, wellbeing in the workplace.
Work is a big part of most people’s lives and, with work-related stress on the increase, this course focuses on what we can do to ensure that time spent at work impacts positively on our happiness and wellbeing.
This course will provide tools and strategies to build your resilience and reduce the impact of work challenges and explore some simple, practical and scientifically-proven ways to increase your wellbeing. With the emphasis on easy and achievable, this course will help you identify specific actions you can take to make a positive and lasting difference to your wellbeing at work and at home. No experience or prior knowledge is needed.
The full course (3 sessions) costs £60.
