Living Well, Ageing Well: Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance and involves no floor work.
The class is suitable for:
- Those that are 50+
- Those with Health conditions
- Those who are recovering from injury
Please note that classes do not run on Bank Holidays.
