A great low impact form of exercise that can be incorporated into your daily routine and if practiced regularly it will change the shape of your body. It gets the breath and circulation moving, improves balance, strength and flexibility.
The course is part of the Get Active 'Ten Pound Challenge' where you pay a £10 deposit which is returned on completion of 6/8 sessions.
