SPORTING MOMENTS.
Know Dementia, a local charity, offers advice and support to families, carers and people with a diagnosis.
An opportunity for people with memory problems to come with a family member/care partner to enjoy some low impact seated exercise and a variety of indoor sports including badminton, table tennis, new-age curling, boccia, darts and much more.
