Horsham Wellbeing Service Service are offering NHS Health Checks at Upper Beeding GP Surgery from 9.15am to 12.15pm.  Appointments must be pre-booked.

You MUST be registered with one of these GP Surgeries to book:
• Henfield
• Billingshurst
• Steyning or Upper Beeding
• Storrington (Glebe)
The NHS Health Check is a health check-up for adults in England between the ages of 40 to 74. It's designed to spot early signs of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes or dementia. As we get older, we have a higher risk of developing one of these conditions. An NHS Health Check helps find ways to lower this risk.
You are NOT ELIGIBLE for the NHS Health Check if you have any of the above health conditions - you should contact your GP surgery and request a health check.
