Join our FREE Walking with Poles 4-week course! (Poles will be provided)

This 4 Week free course introduces a style of Nordic Walking to those who have never tried this before. Walking with Poles (WWP) is an enhancement of normal walking using specialised walking poles (that are different to trekking poles!). 

This course is designed for you to learn the technique of WWP and to start walking more effectively. This is a whole-body workout and it’s a sociable, fun, outdoor activity suitable for beginners.  It’s easy on the knees and joints but you must be able to walk for 45 minutes to an hour. At the end of the walk we encourage you to stay for coffee and an informal chat about your wellbeing - focussing on different aspects each week.
