NEW Wellbeing Package
Horsham District Wellbeing have introduced a brand new comprehensive Wellbeing Package.
We recognise that there is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to staying healthy.
The new Wellbeing Package looks more closely at three different areas of health and wellbeing and is offered via phone or video call.
Emotional health and wellbeing
This session covers ways to manage stress and anxiety, help and advice on improving sleep and addresses the subject of emotional eating - looking at triggers and barriers and finding ways to manage them.
Healthy eating and nutrition
This session reviews your current diet and how it can be improved. We look at the Eatwell Guide and offer tips and suggestions on everything from healthy food swaps to shopping and meal planning.
This session discusses the importance of physical activity, looking at your current levels of fitness and how to incorporate exercise into your daily routine.
