- Topical health and wellbeing talks and workshops covering various health behaviour themes, including healthy weight and diet, sensible alcohol consumption, smoking and physical activity.
- Support to workplaces with a range of workplace specific themes than can impact upon employee health and wellbeing, including stress and resilience, sleep, menopause, working from home, and mental health and wellbeing.
- When Covid-19 guidelines allow, NHS Health Checks for those who are 40 plus will be reinstated within workplaces, as well as face-to-face support, talks and workshops.
The Workplace Wellbeing Teams adopt a preventative approach that aims to empower employees to improve their health and wellbeing, and reduce the potential impact of modifiable health behaviours that can lead to major illnesses and premature death, such as heart disease, stroke, cancer and diabetes.
