Falls prevention exercise service
The West Sussex falls prevention exercise service, provided by Everyone Health, is a free service open to adults of ALL ages who are worried about or at risk of falls. For professionals wishing to refer clients/patients to this service, please visit the Professional Referral page on the Everyone Health website.

West Sussex Sugar Smart Dental Toolkit
The West Sussex Sugar Smart Dental Toolkit has been developed for use in dental practices across West Sussex. The toolkit includes a range of resources for the dental team, promotional material for patients, and useful resources for social media.
