May Measure Month

May is May Measure Month, a global campaign led by the International Society of Hypertension (ISH) to raise awareness of the importance of having your blood pressure checked. High blood pressure often has no symptoms, but checking it regularly can help reduce the risk of serious conditions such as heart disease and stroke.

If you live or work in West Sussex, there are several free and simple ways to get your blood pressure checked locally, including community pharmacies, Wellbeing services, NHS Health Checks, and even borrowing a monitor from your local library.
