Join us for a relaxing morning dedicated to carers. Hosted by Horsham Wellbeing, this 4-hour event offers free activities including guided crafts, 15-minute massages, mini health checks, gentle stretching classes, and social sports like badminton, boccia, and indoor archery. Enjoy hot drinks, light refreshments and support from Age UK and Carers Support.

Drop in anytime and stay as long as you like.

If you’d like a massage or mini health check, select this during booking and our team will contact you to arrange a time slot. Slots are limited, you will be contacted on a first come, first serve basis.

Please note that this event is designed specifically for carers. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate those you care for.
