Your Health Matters Survey

West Sussex County Council's Public Health team, in partnership with Qa Research, is carrying out a major survey of people’s health and wellbeing in West Sussex. Many things have changed following the Covid-19 pandemic and the County Council needs up-to-date information to help plan services and take action to support the health and wellbeing of its residents.

The survey is open to all West Sussex residents and asks questions about people's lifestyle and health. The survey is voluntary and anonymous. Everyone who completes the survey will be eligible to win one of three cash prizes (£750, £150 and £100) by entering a free prize draw.
